Each page also has instructions to get the — huge! — images as they came straight from cameras, so you can PhotoShop them yourself. You can also just go ahead and contact the webmaster if you want copies of any of pics, vids and more!

At the bottom of this page, below the list of gallery pages, you'll find instructions and guidelines for submitting your photos for our website.

Photo gallery submission guidelines

1. You can submit photos via email (best method), on a CD-ROM disk, floppy disks, memory sticks or even as actual glossy or matte prints (worst method). If do you send memory sticks or actual prints, the webmaster will make every reasonable effort to return them, but is not responsible for their safekeeping or safe return.

2. Please give the webmaster the giant images as they come from the camera in JPG (JPEG), BMP or TIF (TIFF) formats. (Nearly every digital camera can convert its proprietary format to one of those three.)

3. The webmaster names picture files this way: [YEAR][MO][DA][TEAM]raw[NO].[TYP] (for example, "20060506Richmondraw01.jpg"). He would appreciate it if you rename your picture files using that convention. Doing this would save him lots of typing. But if you can't do that easily, then don't worry about it.

4. Skokie Indians Little League will allow captions, but in no case will we use players' names or jersey numbers in them! This is for privacy and security reasons.

5. Skokie Indians Little League reserves the right to reject images for either of the following reasons: a) picture not germaine to Little League baseball or b) picture technically unsuitable (i.e., out of focus, under- or over-exposure, terrible composition, etc.).

6. Generally, the webmaster will not crop or otherwise PhotoShop the pictures you send, unless there's some compelling reason to do so.

7. Please exercise some restraint, since it takes considerable time for the webmaster to process each picture twice, then make the gallery page plus one page for each picture. As a general rule, please do not submit more than 16 pictures per game or event.

8. Click here to email photos to the webmaster. Attach the picture files to the email. Please do not include them in the body of the email, or in word-processing, desktop-publishing, or any other sort of document! (They're often impossible to extract.) Please include in the body of the email the day, date, teams and diamond. Finally, include any captions followed by the file names to which they relate.
